In this year's IX edition of the Festival Katowice Culture Nature, we reach for the stars. Following the theme "Music of the Spheres," we will explore how the universe and music resonate with harmony and mathematical order.

The festival program will include e.g. Henryk Mikołaj Górecki's Symphony No. 2 "Copernican", Gustav Holst's "The Planets" with the brightest point in the festival sky being a musical encounter with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra conducted by the rising star of the international conducting scene, Klaus Mäkelä. The program will include Anton Bruckner's monumental Symphony No. 5 in B-flat major.
