Domingo Hindoyan is the future Principal Guest Conductor of NOSPR!

The Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra is proud to announce that from the 2019/2020 season, the NOSPR Principal Guest Conductor will be Domingo Hindoyan!

“I am delighted to be appointed as the Principal Guest Conductor of this special orchestra and to have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the new Artistic Director, Maestro Lawrence Foster. From the very first time I conducted the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, I felt a wonderful chemistry with the musicians; the music making was intuitive and natural.

It will give me great pleasure to develop my relationship with the orchestra, and to nourish and deepen our musical journey which began three seasons ago.” Domingo Hindoyan

As one of today's most exciting young conductors, Domingo enjoys a vibrant career throughout the world. He is equally passionate about conducting symphony orchestras as he is about conducting opera.

Domingo has conducted many internationally acclaimed ensembles including The Philharmonia Orchestra, Mozarteumorchester Salzburg, Orquesta de Valencia, Orchestre National de France, Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and Seoul Philharmonic. He is regular conductor at the Festival de Radio France et Montpellier. Looking ahead, he will conduct the Dresden Philharmonic, Hamburg Symphony, Helsinki Philharmonic and Malmö Symphony Orchestra, amongst others.

Equally busy on the opera stage, Domingo conducts at the Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin, Oper Stuttgart, Semperoper Dresden, Royal Swedish Opera and Opéra de Monte-Carlo. Over the next two seaons, he will be making his debut at The Metropolitan Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera, Liceu Opera Barcelona and the Vienna State Opera.
